The idea is simple: Take a small cohort of young people of color, without college degrees, and teach them to be software developers, so that they ultimately can have access to real, high-growth, career-building jobs. Bring them “up to code” and transform them into engineers.

“Being part of the team has introduced me to electronics and mechanical engineering and I’m interested in studying power engineering when I graduate. This program gives us a real-life experience that isn’t taught in school.”
